Next Cooking Demos Set for
(all Mondays)
April 7th. May 5th (Tentative)
at John Pirelli Lodge
May demo's proceeds will be for the scholarship fund.
May demo ONLY will cost $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
The cost of this demo will also give you a chance (raffle ticket) to win $1000, $500, or $250 to be
drawn at the State Scholarship banquet in June.
Cooking demos are open to the public. Cost is $10.00 for members and
$15.00 for non-members.
The
demos begin at 6:30 and end at 8:30. At
each demo featured cooks prepare 4 to 5 dishes, usually an appetizer, salad or
vegetable, main dish, and dessert. Everyone gets a taste of each
course and a copy of the featured recipes.

Please make reservations no latter than three days before the demo date.
Note: A new policy is now in
effect for making reservations and paying. Once you have made a reservation you must
pay the registration fee unless you call three days in advance to cancel. If you
do not cancel you must pay even if you don't attend!!
Cookbooks
NEW 2004-2007 COOKBOOKS are now
available (price $10.00)
Cookbooks featuring the
Cooking Demo Recipes presented
from Dec 2001 to Dec 2004 are still available, also for $10.00.
They will
be sold at the meeting and at the cooking demo. If interested, reserve one by sending

Italian
Lessons
Italian lessons are on Wednesdays.
April 2nd, 16th, and 30th (Note: There will be no Italian classes in March.)
7-8PM for beginners. 8-9PM for veteran attendees.
Lessons are offered free of charge however donations to the Culture Heritage
Fund are encouraged. This year students are expected to purchase a book.
Cost of a book is $20.00.
Books will be available for purchase at the 1st lesson and every lesson after
that.
