| This year students are expected to purchase a
book. Cost of a book is $20.00. Books will be available for
purchase at the 1st lesson and every lesson after that.

We've had a great year of cooking demonstrations presented by many of our members and even some of our guests!
Cooking demos will resume in September, 2008. The cooks are taking the summer off!

make reservations no later than three days before the demo date.

May demo's proceeds will be for the scholarship fund.
May demo ONLY will cost $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
The cost of this demo will also give you a chance (raffle ticket) to win
$1000, $500, or $250 to be drawn at the State Scholarship banquet in June.
Note: A new policy is now in effect for making reservations and paying.
Once you have made a reservation you must pay the registration fee unless
you call three days in advance to cancel. If you do not cancel, you must
pay even if you don't attend.
